I will be in Bucharest as Composer in Residence at the Lumières d'Europe – Enescu Festival 2025, where several of my chamber works will be performed. Among them is the world premiere of my new Piano Quintet, Tombeau de George Enescu.

October 8th is World Shakuhachi Day. Every year there's a 24 hour shakuhachi marathon with players from all over the world. I'll be playing at 7:30 Japan Standard Time.
